Adult Culinary Class – Dinner with The Bear: Ingredients with a Story

Inspired by episodes of The Bear, focusing on craft, sensory cooking, and a feeling of love around the table.

Menu: Handmade Ricotta Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Sage & Lemon, Seasonal Salad of Shaved Fennel & Citrus with Olive Oil Dressing, Slow-Roasted Salmon with Herbed Yogurt & Crispy Shallots

Cook, watch, taste, and discuss in this immersive hands-on culinary workshop inspired by the award-winning TV show, The Bear. Guests will prepare handmade ricotta gnocchi with brown butter & sage, a bright fennel-citrus salad, and slow-roasted salmon with herbed yogurt and crispy shallots. While dinner finishes in the oven, we’ll watch and discuss short excerpts focusing on craft, sensory cooking and a feeling of love around the table.

Venue

Space of Mind and Community Classroom share a campus in downtown Delray Beach. A portion of the proceeds from select Space of Mind programs & classes support the Community Classroom Project, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing stress through creativity.
